GENFLOW is dedicated to the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics targeting human aging. They are developing minicircle plasmid vectors to allow a safe transient episomal expression of extra copies of the gene SIRT6 gene without integration into the DNA, without risk of self-replication, without transfer of bacterial genetic material, without immunogenic or mutagenesis concerns.
