Lifespan.io is a non-profit crowdfunding platform founded by Life Extension Advocacy Foundation (USA), and dedicated solely to support research projects on the main mechanisms of aging, with the aim to help bring age-related diseases under medical control as quickly as possible.
By connecting donors directly with scientific groups working on the problem of aging all over the world in an easy and transparent way, Lifespan.io helps fund research of greatest positive impact on curing age-related disease. In this way LEAF ensures that each crowdfunding campaign serves to increase public awareness of this emerging rejuvenation technology field, and to help it be recognized as a viable part of an overall strategy to cope with the challenges related to our aging population.
Since 2015, Lifespan.io has collected more than $250,000 to support five scientific studies in three important areas: mitochondrial damage, senescent cells accumulation, mechanisms of telomeres lengthening in cancer.

We also work to make high-impact collaborations with large-scale content creators on platforms like YouTube in order to inform and engage an ever widening segment of the population in longevity research. We welcome the opportunity to work on more such initiatives; feel free to contact us if you are a content creator looking to produce well-informed videos on the subject of aging and life extension.
