Stephanie Dainow has a lifelong passion for longevity and breakthrough technologies that drive radical improvement to the human condition. As a seasoned business professional, she leverages effective out-of-the-box thinking and helps to challenge assumptions about business goals, process, and leadership abilities.
Currently, she manages a team of consultants at a pharmaceutical corporation on behalf of a global management consulting firm that focuses on transformation and delivery excellence. In addition to being a Mentor to SOSV’s IndieBio accelerator, she also privately consults startup founders on business development, marketing, executive mindset shift and other key areas critical to growth. She guides teams to zoom out and look strategically at their operations and customer experience through different lenses, effectively identifying issues and gaps in organizational infrastructure and proposing tangible solutions that help teams understand the significance of mindset shifts. This allows entrepreneurs to see beyond their day-to-day line of sight so they can grasp critical bigger pictures.
While with Singularity University at NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley, she guided global F500 Executives to think differently about technology, disruption, and the future. Earlier in her career, she worked for Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) focusing on global growth and corporate client acquisition at the holding company level. Prior to that, she was the Head of Operations at an experiential marketing firm that specialized in celebrity marketing activations and strategic partnerships. Stephanie has volunteered around the world and held an Advisory Board role at a 501c3 that inspires Harlem youth to pursue STEM careers.
