Dr. Aubrey de Grey is a biomedical gerontologist and the founder of the concept of strategies for engineered negligible (SENS), a strategy which breaks down the aging process into seven categories with proposed solutions to each. He is the Chief Science officer at the SENS Research Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to combating the aging process.

Dr. Aubrey de Grey is also the Editor-in-Chief of Rejuvenation Research, is a Fellow of both the Gerontological Society of America and the American Aging Association, and sits on the editorial and scientific advisory boards of numerous journals and organizations.

In this interview, Brent Nally and Dr. Aubrey de Grey discuss the progress of aging research amid the current COVID-19 pandemic, along with the state of the industry’s leaders and major backers – and many other topics related to the science of making people young again.
