British Society of Research on Ageing

Claiming more than eight decades of history, the British Society of Research on Ageing (BSRA) promotes and funds research into the causes and effects of aging. It hosts annual scientific meetings along with frequent meetings with biotechnology companies and luminaries in the aging world. Its focuses are on neurodegeneration, the fundamental biology of aging, the immune system, sensory aging, and development of non-animal models; the BSRA wishes to minimize the use of animal research.
